This web seminar complements our face-to-face bibliography training. You receive special content conveniently online without a great deal of effort and travel costs. The web seminar is aimed at all employees of your bookshop.

Tour of the bibliography, order book and configuration.
Special requests can be accommodated by prior arrangement with the trainers.

Training method: Web seminar

Technical requirements: PC with Internet access, a telephone with hands-free kit or headset within reach, undisturbed environment so that you can concentrate optimally on this new form of knowledge transfer.

Price: free of charge

Duration: approx. 1.5 hours (please allow an additional 15 minutes before and after)

Maximum number of participants: 5 bookshops, max. 2 persons per bookshop

The amount is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice without deduction of discount. Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the seminar are free of charge. If you cancel at a later date or do not attend, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full amount. We reserve the right to cancel the seminar up to 14 days before the planned date of the event at the latest. Even in the case of free seminars, please cancel your participation at least 5 working days before the seminar date. For cancellations received later than this, we will charge €40 plus VAT per person for administrative costs.
