Thalia opts for the Zeitfracht book trolley service

Erfurt, January 5, 2022 - Another sales success for Zeitfracht GmbH: Thalia bookstores and their sales partners have decided on a long-term cooperation with Zeitfracht Bücherwagendienst. In future, all publisher's covers will be transported by Zeitfracht. This also includes deliveries to the central warehouse and fine distribution to the individual stores.

The changeover from the previous service provider started successfully on January 3, 2022, and the project will be completed in the first quarter of this year.

Our existing service portfolio consisting of cash assortment, publisher delivery, central goods receipt and print on demand will now be supplemented by a further component. All our customers will benefit from the resulting higher utilization of transport vehicles. The CO2 emissions per delivered tub or parcel will also be significantly improved as a result."
