Growth in Zeitfracht's digital publishing delivery - Paul Pietsch publishers deliver e-books via Zeitfracht publishing delivery
Stuttgart, August 3, 2021: Paul Pietsch Publishers have been delivering their e-books via Zeitfracht GmbH's digital publishing delivery service since July. The publishing group is thus expanding its cooperation with Zeitfracht, which has been responsible for the delivery of printed books since 2015. Zeitfracht's technical cooperation partner for digital distribution is the Munich-based software company Open Publishing.
"We are delighted that the Paul Pietsch publishers have also chosen us for the distribution of their digital products. They benefit from the seamless integration of all services: book delivery, print on demand integrated into the supply chain and digital distribution, which we know is in good hands with Open Publishing," says Thomas Raff, CEO of Zeitfracht GmbH.
With Motorbuch Verlag, the publishing houses pietsch, Müller Rüschlikon and transpress as well as the Swiss partner publishing house Bucheli, the Paul Pietsch publishing houses have a total program of around 2,800 available guidebooks. They thus offer their customers a wealth of specialist knowledge and information on the topics of mobility, technology and active leisure.
Christian Pflug, Head of Sales and Marketing at Paul Pietsch Publishers: "By integrating digital distribution at Zeitfracht and Open Publishing, we can now offer our customers all publications from our five imprints from a single source - regardless of the output format. The new partnership offers the best conditions for tapping further sales potential: As part of our digitization programme, we will be able to make the majority of our backlist and archive titles, which comprise over 8,000 titles, available digitally in the medium term."
